This FMS system (the “system”) is licensed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“us”, “we”) to our authorised clients (“you”) solely for the purpose and on the terms agreed with you (the “agreement”).
By accessing the system, you acknowledge and accept the 'Terms of Use' which form part of the agreement. A person who is not authorised to access the system and/or does not agree to the terms of use may not use the system.
The system and its outputs are solely for your internal business use. We accept no liability (including for negligence) (i) to anyone else in connection with the use of the system or (ii) for any decisions based on any output from the system.
